Abstract: There remains considerable conflict between the spheres of inquiry of science and religion. Our five senses undergo an analogous conflict yet the experience gained from them is united. The terms “Science” and “Religion” are so general that using them in an unspecified manner often muddies the waters of debate, appealing to the audience’s prejudices. An honest search for truth requires, first of all, an attempt to clarify the concepts about to be used, opting for the most fruitful interpretations and without limiting ourselves to one perspective.
